Celebrating our milestones has become a significant part of what keeps us sane in these crazy times in the world.

Around a year ago Lindsay Adams and Rael Bricker played around with the idea of starting a podcast all about excellence in business.  And now we’re celebrating a milestone with the release of our 100th episode, where Lindsay and Rael discuss our journey to excellence and a few highlights from our favourite episodes.  

It’s been an amazing start to the journey with an incredible group of guests who have shared their experiences, stories, and wisdom.  Every guest has made an amazing contribution to the 1000’s of listeners and to Lindsay and me.  We have most certainly grown through our connections with you and look forward to the next 100.

So, what is it with Excellence?  We all know that perfection is impossible, and so excellence is showing up every day as the best version of yourself.  The Tokyo Olympics highlighted this idea of excellence where every athlete performed at their very best on each occasion. Sometimes, they triumphed, other times they beat their own personal records and other times, they fell short.  Each time they showed up with the aim to perform at their utmost excellence.  

Lindsay and Rael work hard at bringing that excellence into everything we do as professional speakers, mentors, facilitators and providing excellence through the podcast.

Over the last year, Lindsay has been very busy working with clients both old and new helping them cement business relationships.  Many of you know that he is now marketing a range of behavioural assessment tools through www24x7assessments.com.au  These tools enable his clients to better understand their people and bring out their best.  As live events begin to return, he is beginning to become more in demand to speak at conferences and events again.

 Rael has been one of progressing along his own journey of excellence. He has been out there helping numerous business leaders transform themselves and their organizations.  This has been through Keynotes and Workshops all centered around business excellence and he created a 3-month Excellence Academy, and the 90 day Excellence drive for leaders on their journey.
