How did Lindsay and Rael meet (and become good friends) ?

Rael and Lindsay briefly met through Professional Speakers Australia (PSA) at a conference in March 2017. That was the 17th PSA Conference for Lindsay and the first for Rael. As fate had it, Lindsay and Rael were invited to speak together at a conference in November 2017 in Franschoek (Near Cape Town, South Africa). Rael, as an ex-South African offered to drive around and this included a few stops at some of the famous wine farms and was the start of a great friendship.

What do Rael and Lindsay do when not hosting the podcast ?

Rael and Lindsay are both Professional Speakers who offer clients Keynote Speeches, Workshops, in house consulting, mentoring and coaching.

Both Lindsay and Rael work in the broad area of Business Excellence. Lindsay specialises in building better business relationships and is known internationally as the Relationships Guy.

Rael, The Business Excellence guy works with clients to create excellence across all areas of management and leadership, focusing on culture, ethics, management, sales and marketing,

Did Lindsay really build his own house?

Yes he did. Lindsay built the house he lives in with the help of his 70-year-old apprentice, his Dad.  He uses many of the analogies of building his house with building business relationships and shares how building relationships first often makes for better business outcomes.

What date does Rael share with Nelson Mandela ?

Nelson Mandela was released from 27 years in Jail on the 11th February 1990 at 4pm. On that same day and time, Rael and Rafaella got married.
